I think I have completed all requirements to meet TESC Oct grad deadline, here is my problem. I need to ensure TESC to evaluate this test as PSY331, the lady I spoke to said it will show up as COU262. I need help fast!
Thanks for the help.

Cleptester,
I guess this question, although officially exhausted on this board, is still being asked because TESC has not yet updated their testing equivalency list on the webpage or in the catalog. I wish someone at TESC would fix this!
When the exam was PL on my evaluation by advising it was entered as COU262. When the score report arrives and is added to your transcript by the evaluator it is transcribed as PSY331. I attached the picture of how it appeared on my evaluation before (PL) and after (CR) evaluation on this
thread
You can call the registrars office and ask to speak to an "evaluator." Explain the situation and ask them for confirmation.

Right now, it's planned as COU 262, but I really want them to move one of my psychology courses to general education and put another criminal justice course in there. I don't want them to do a switcheroo on me evaluating counseling and organizational behavior as psychology instead of counseling and human resource. I can't have more than 18 credit hours in one subject for my social science major.

TESC said the Counseling DSST will not be transcribed as PSY331. Does any one have any ideas? Has any got this DSST to transcribe as 331 recently? Any support on this matter would be great.
I was told on the phone that I could emal Mrs. Abuwi and ask her why others have got the course transcribed differently...but I dont know who has got it done.
This is the last hurdle I need crossed for my BALS.

The counseling DSST was transcribed for me as PSY 331 in the past month. I will be graduating next month. My adviser planned it as a lower level course but it was entered as PSY 331 when the score was received by TESC.

It was finally changed to PSY 331 for me causing two other psychology courses to be moved out of the major. I'm glad because I had more than the allowed 18 credits in one subject for the social science major. I think advisement is going by the catalog (which is incorrect), but the evaluators know it's counted as a psychology course. Did you try talking to registrar?
