I'm wondering if most grad schools recognize CBE, such as CLEP, on the undergrad transcript as satisfying prerequisites for their programs....
I've heard that grad programs in health sciences generally don't count CBE. But it seems that MBA programs do.
Any experience with this?

The lack of labs is probably a big reason why health sciences don't, and the fact that CLEPs are all LL doesn't help either in those and other non-business disciplines.

My MBA program was totally ok with it and even mention on their website (here:
Regis University MBA Program Prerequisites) that CLEP is a way to fulfill the prereqs. I think that the reason for this is that they don't require any specific major for their MBA, but do want everyone to have a certain base level of biz knowledge so that they don't have to teach the very basics.
If you know where you want to go to graduate school, you'll need to make sure that your undergrad fulfills their requirements or you may be in trouble. If you don't care which school you go to, at least look at a couple of different possibilities so you have a better idea of what you're in for. If you want an MBA, you will find something. As mentioned, for medical, you would probably not be able to CLEP out of much.
