Is there any way I can find what each part of the brain controls? My friend told me it's important to study it for the intro to psych CLEP and I can't seem to find it... The REA book is very general about it.

There is enough in the REA guide provided you memorize it.
As I recall there are a few questions that are pretty easy, maybe 3-5 or so, if you have those memorized they are easy. I think i put that in the specific feedback forum.
This may help some

Look at the powerpoint slides and do the Live!Psych activities here:
The Biological Basis of Behavior
The Live!Psych exercises for each chapter were helpful in preparing for the CLEP.

Psychology Classroom at AllPsych Online
Check out that website. There is a section called Psychology 101. Read over the sections. It will give you a good understanding of most of the material. I wouldn't use it as a single source of study, but it is good as a supplemental source.
Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin are death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus."

Thanks so much!
About how long should I prepare for this CLEP? I have a lot of background info (developmental psych, abnormal psych, theories of human behavior, anatomy of brain, eye and ear etc.) I'm just scared I'll fail cuz if that happens I won't go to grad school in September

I read the REA book on the plane and studied it the next week. Do each practice test and make sure you know the answers to the ones you get wrong and you will do fine.
The REA book is a great easy read and is interesting.

I already read a few chapters and it doesn't interest me.
Everyone thought intro to sociology is easy and I found it really difficult...more than Bio...I hope it won't be the same with this CLEP.
