If any of you awesome degree gurus could help me out with the fastest/easiest degree plan with the following credits
Classes I've taken at B&M schools:
ENGL Academic Writing I 3 credits
ENGL Academic Writing II 3 credits
JUST Criminology 3 credits
JUST Human Behavior 3 credits
JUST Juvenile Justice 3 credits
HIST Western Civ I 3 credits
HIST Western Civ II 3 credits
HIST Florida History 3 credits
BIO General Biology I 3 credits (was a duelenrollment class in high school, no lab credit)
PS American National Government 3 credits
CS Computers and Society 3 credits
GEO Environmental Geology 4 credits (lab)
ENGL World Literature 3 credits
HLTH Science of Nutrition 3 credits
ART Interrelation of Art/Drama/Music 3 credits
COMM Fundamentals of Public Speaking 3 credits
BIOL Human Anatomy and Physiology I 4 credits (lab)
BIOL Human Anatomy and Physiology II 4 credits (lab)
BIOL Beginnings in Microbiology 4 credits (lab)

I know none of this would be an official degree evaluation/plan from Excelsior or any of the other schools, but any help would be appreciated.
Trying to get a degree as fast as possible to apply for the Army's OCS program.

Have you considered taking the Biology GRE? It, along with each GRE, is very difficult, and you would have to score well to begin to receive credit (since you already have four biology courses), but it is very inexpensive and would provide up to 30 credits at Excelsior only. I don't think it is possible to complete a Biology degree with only testing unless you use the GRE. (They are administered in April, October, and November, by the way.)

Are any of your courses at the 300-level or above?
Would you be amenable to a degree in liberal arts instead? If you just want the fastest thing, a B.S. in Liberal Studies would be faster than a B.A. in Biology.
If your heart is set on Biology, I second Ruddigore's suggestion to consider taking the next GRE, and using it at Excelsior or COSC.
The Health Sciences degree at EC would be more time-consuming, because some of the required courses are either hard to find or offered intermittently.

Alissa is exactly right that a BS in Liberal Studies would be fastest. It has more flexibility with what you can use for your degree. (For example, for a BA you'll need 60 LL and 30 UL Arts & Sciences credits.)

COSC only offers 18 credits for subject GREs, but for the 40th%tile, whereas EC gives up to 30, but it's harder to get the score for that many credits (generally ~80th%tile for 30 credits).

You don't list your course codes, but at TESC you might be a good ways toward a Natural Science & Mathematics degree. With TESC you can get a BA with less then 30 Upper level credits and they give Upper level credits for more exams
