It is not you. A similar thing was happening a few weeks ago. The regular flashcards are available but not the V2 ones. Once they know about it, they should be able to fix it quickly.

it's back up! Remember that if at this point, you still get the error, then your browser probably has the error cached and you should use a forced Refresh (Ctrl+F5 instead of just Ctrl-R in Internet Explorer).
