CLEP US History I prep? - operalady - 03-02-2010 My guess is that the text is probably good but check to see if the practice exams include the later material fro US History 2. The AP exams are different in that they cover exploration to now so the practice exams would not help you gauge readiness. I would get the REA book, even an older used copy first. I would definitely reccommend also using IC flashcards. For US History I, I studied using both the REA study guide and my IC subscription.
