HELP!!!!!!! CLEP or DSST - Ruddigore - 01-29-2010

Quote:CS 1010 Computer Essentials - Introduction to Computing DSST
MUS 1010 Introduction To Music Appreciation - Humanities CLEP (6 Credits)
AR 1010 Art Appreciation - Humanities (6 Credits) or Art of the Western World DSST
SP 1010 Speech - Principles of Public Speaking DSST
I think the tests above correspond closely enough with the courses you need. You'll have to double-check with the powers that be, of course, but those are probably the most interesting courses (IMHO). Intro to Computing is particularly easy, but it would be nice to knock the whole thing out in one blow with Humanities if possible.

You should double check computer essentials, I'd be surprised to hear that is counting as a humanities credit. (math or science, gen ed elective)

The easiest humanities is the literature CLEP called Analyzing and Interpreting Literature- it's not on your list, but you should ask advising if they take it.

You college has *and you need to get* the written list naming all of the exams they accept with their course equivalency. This will tell you exactly what CLEP is what and what score you need.
example:
CLEP College Algebra = 3 credits. Score required: 50 equiv. MATH121
