Are there any 1 unit/credit CLEPs or DSSTs? - nataliejane38 - 01-09-2010 I am planning to test out of my remaining classes at my university. I need 19 units, which would be 6 tests and then I am left with 1 unit. Are there any 1 unit tests I can take? Also I just passed my first test this morning! It was Intro to Computing with a 440 (400 needed to pass). Next is Principles of Supervision in 2 weeks. To answer your first question, to the best of my knowledge the answer is NO. They are all for 3 or 6 credits. So why not check to see if any of the 6 credit courses will serve your purposes and save a little more money and take less tests. By the way, make sure you check with your university to make sure they will accept all of them. Many post a maximum you can accrue through testing. They may also have a list of which courses they will accept and how many credits you will earn for each of them. Ultimately it is up to your school. I don't remember how many ur allowed but I think it's 18 and they're FREEEEEEE credits |
