Macroeconomics exam - aaemerson - 12-14-2009

Hey Guys,

Just took the macroeconomics Clep today and it was a lot easier than expected. Very few graphs and a few questions about production possibilities. Studied Kaplan AP Micro & Macro review, Instant Cert and Speedy Clep.

Glad to hear you did well... Smile CONGRATS!!!
How long did you study and how much knowledge did you have going in before?

I have NO PRIOR knowledge going into this. So, I have been reading "Demystified - Macroeconomics", took 1 REA test so far, and in the midst of instacert...I have one more week left to study!!!
Any other suggestions??

Congratulations! Now that you have done Macroeconomics, might I suggest doing the DANTES Money & Banking exam? The two overlap in subject matter.

StudentToday, I suggest reading Economics in One Lesson. It's a great study source for seeing the practical effects of macroeconomic policies, and the book is available for free here: Economics in One Lesson

Macro is definitely one of the easier exams imo, but no less of an accomplishment!

No prior experience. REA really helped, though. Some of the questions came right out of the book. I'm doing Micro next.
