The threads start to run out regarding AJU and APU and the vbulletin threads seem to end in 07-08. I was just wondering if anyone is actually working towards a masters at AJU (NA) or APU (RA & NA) and what their experience has been so far. It's tough to be a bum like me who wants a program that will accept a bachelors with no GPA (thanks, TESC!), no GRE, no GMAT, minimal pre-reqs (business) and cost under $10k!! Sure it's crazy but so are many of the amazing stories on here! APU seems to fit the bill the most except after books, etc it's over $10k. AJU seems great except for the busy work and lack of RA (which is a problem in New York for a number of reasons).

Anyway, best wishes to all. keep plugging. Like I said, we're pioneers. In 10 years this will be the most accepted way to earn a degree. People will be fed up soon (already?) with paying $80k for a degree that is equal in value to one we received for a few thousand.

Hi, I just applied to AMU/APUS for the MS in Space Studies. The price is definitely right ($9900 for a 36 credit degree).

I have not actually started classes yet. I did have a problem applying for Federal Student Aid... which was not resolved by repeated emails. However, I did eventually get someone on the phone who fixed the problem in about 5 minutes.

One reason I chose AMU is because they are both RA and NA. RA, for greater acceptance once I graduate or transfer, and since they are NA/DETC accredited, they accepted my DETC Bachelor's degree for entrance to graduate studies (at least they said they would... transcripts are en route).
