My son is looking in to a BA in history from thomas edision. We looked on line and saw that One college-level mathematics course required (3)
One computer science course required (3)
Other natural sciences/mathematics
is needed. Can any of these be covered by CLEP test?

Yes...all can be....... using CLEP AND OR DSST (DANTES).

My son is also shooting for a BA in History from TESC. He recently received a degree evaluation from TESC that places all his CLEP/DSST credits. It shows which exams fell into which category. PM me and I will forward it along!
