I tried to find in answer with a search of past posts, but nothing seemed to match, so does anyone know an alternate route (ie CLEP, DSST, etc) to get credit for TESC course SOC-322??

I THINK there is an ECE exam that will work for this. Ask your advisor. I love Todd for questions like this, because although he is not the most "warm and fuzzy" person, he knows every possible way to make a degree plan work, and will work with you. He is also responsible for the planning guide that is being revised... and in spite of my frustration with him at times, because he can be harsh and inflexible about requirements SOMETIMES...

He's helped me out A LOT by making sure things are kept on top of and I am not given the wrong information, by "other people" in the department. I am about 3-6 credits from graduation... (1 CLEP and an ALEKS course) and when my eval got messed up, he went in and fixed it for me, not only that but moved things around so that everything made more sense and I needed less credits to be done. Anyway, back to the course....

I took this through TESC using the online method... and it was a pain in the ass simply because I hated the material (not what I expected) and the mentor was not available EVER...

But, it worked in my favor that she didn't care, because I got straight 100's in the class.
