According to TESC's college catalog, either exam is accepted. A score of 50 or higher is needed for each to earn credit. Here is the link: Undergraduate Ways to Earn Credit - Thomas Edison State College

TESC will accept either, but I've searched the forums far and wide for the answer to the second part of the question in this post: which is harder than the other?

from the College Board site, it looks like the Freshman requires 2 essays at 45 minutes per essay, whereas English Comp requires just one essay for which you get 45 minutes. Also, Freshman is scored by your institution, English is scored by the College Board.

It'd be great to have feedback on which of the two CLEP's is easier to pass.
Thank you!
