I wanted to take this exam in about a week. Do you think this is enough time to study? IC doesn't have any guide. Can I take it without taking intro to business law?

That said, having taken Intro to BL helps a lot. My primary source of study was Barron's Business Law.
IMO, a week is not enough time to study if you haven't studied law before. I think I spent two weeks or so studying for Intro to BL, and about another week for BL2.

It all depends on how much you know about law. The second half of Cheesemans book pretty much covers the exam.
