Tip for military spouses - argentnox - 07-20-2009 I just wanted to mention that some testing centres give free tests for military spouses as well as for military members. It is worth looking around your area to see if there are any that offer them! My husband is currently in the Air Force Reserve (he was active duty for 6 years prior). We drive out a bit over an hour for our tests, but (even with the horrible petrol prices) a tank of gas still costs less than paying for a test! If you double up and take multiple tests in one day, it makes it even more cost effective! ETA: Oops, I did not realize there was a military section. Though I am not sure if this should only be in the military section, since some spouses may not know that they may qualify for free exams, as well. |
