Am I ready for the US History II Clep? - asdf1138 - 07-12-2009 Hey, I'm planning on taking quite a few cleps to test out of my general education classes. The first one I'm trying to tackle is US History 1865-Present. I've been studying nonstop. I took the Petersons practice exam twice. The first time I got 70 out of 120 questions. A 58%. The second time, after a little more studying, I got a 72 out of 120. A 60% flat. I read on a website that all you need is a 50% and that is considered a pass and if you are getting 60-70 percent on practice tests then you're ready. Off of my practice tests, do you guys think that I'm ready? Am I ready for the US History II Clep? - LatinTea - 07-12-2009 I took this a couple weeks ago. It was about what I thought it would be, some being easier, some a bit harder. How are you studying for this? Peterson's tests tend to be more difficult than the real test (Humanities being an exception). Just keep reviewing IC and you'll do fine! I wanted to make sure I was 100% ready before I set up a date. I'm using sparknotes 101 and I downloaded videos off of Itunes university of the course from different colleges. They've helped quite a bit. But still a lot of what's on the petersons exam isn't in the actual US History 1877-present course. thanks for the link clep101.
