Jacksonville State University- MBA - goalphish2002 - 05-27-2009 I have noticed that some of the members are getting an MBA from Jacksonville State University online. I have a few questions about it. 1) Will one have to travel to the campus at any point other than graduation? For example, a final written or oral exam? 2) I will be graduating in August. Is there a professional work experience requirement? I don't have any management or professional experience yet? Only retail, postal worker, etc... Is there a professional work experience requirement? I don't have any management or professional experience yet? Only retail, postal worker, etc... I am in the application process and been have helped by others up here. I have had extensive communication with the dean of the program. From what I have been told, they are working on making the final oral exam doable over the web. Nobody knows if this will happen. They want you to have a business core, or you will have to take bridge courses. -The required courses are: -Marketing -Macro Econ -Bus Law 1 -Operations -Acct 1 -Finance -Intro Mgmt You also need a GMAT OR GRE general subject test. All of the pre-reqs can be taken via clep or dsst, except for Operations. They do have an experience requirement. You are best off calling them to discuss. |
