Last Minute Jitters! - rileychica - 03-19-2009

Ok, tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. I take General Anthropology and Here's to Your health... my last two exams! I have to pass both exams to graduate on time  and now my nerves are going CRAZY! To say that I am nervous is the understatement of the year.

I am so so so worried that the Anthropology exam is going to cover more than what I studied (IC, REA, Dummies). I am praying for a pass!! And, to think I am going to have to wait 3 weeks to find out my scores! Sad

Cross your fingers please!!!

I understand about jitters and I am studying hard for the last exams I need to graduate as well but I will pray, wish, and hope that you will do fine and I am sure that you will! Think Positive!

I totally understand the jitters! I mentioned to my test center that one of these days I will be arrive without my nerves being in a tangled knot! They laughed, and said "but you always do so well". I'm sure it's the same with you - you'll do fine.

In the meantime, just try to relax and review your notes. Let us know how tomorrow goes.

I had no time to get jitters for my last test. I had it scheduled for two weeks from now, but they called and asked if I wanted to take it asap. Of course I said yes and ran off Smile

Thanks for the support everyone! I am reading through my notes once last time and then I am going to get some rest. Hopefully, once I sit in the chair my nerves will start to calm down! I'll let you know how it went as soon as I get back Wink

I can empathize with you. I get the same way with testing ... and it's especially stressful when you are facing a time pressure with graduation. I'm in the same predicament and taking the Ethics in America test on Monday and do not feel prepared at all yet.

I am praying for you! Hope you do well!!

Well, I just got back from the testing center. Here's to Your Health had no surprises, so I feel fairly confident that I passed that exam. However, Anthropology was a bit tougher. There was a lot more biology on there than I was expecting and those hominids really gave me a run for my money! Hopefully, I passed and all is well but I have a scary feeling that I cut it really close.

Only 3 weeks until I get the verdict  ... Maybe I should start studying for another exam just in case I didn't pass.

Again, I thank everyone for the help! That's why I love the forums, everyone here is so supportive. Wink

(Oh, this was so weird... I met 3 other IC members at the testing center this morning- it was so funny! One of the proctors (who was also an advisor) mentioned that the people who used IC to prepare had a much higher success record than people who prepared on their own. She was so impressed by the pass results of the students that said they used IC that she started recommending the site to everyone who signs up for an exam.)

Just curious (I'm in CT too) where did you test?
