Practice format - NaomiScull - 03-08-2009 I am really struggling with this format....are all the study guides fill in the blank instead of multiple choice? Practice format - MaieJaie - 03-08-2009 Most of the tests seem to have some multiple-choice questions included, as well. As you are working through the InstantCert study materials, don't stress about not knowing something the first or even second time. The idea is that you are training your brain to recall the information. You are not merely eliminating incorrect answers, you are also really learning the correct answers. As a result, tt is a much more effective method of memory retention than multiple choice. When you take the actual exam, the questions will presumably be worded differently. However, since you have learned the concepts and not just which answers were most incorrect, you will be more knowledgeable about the material and have a better chance of identifying the correct answers. It may seem more difficult this way, but that is because you really are learning the information. If it feels too overwhelming, then divide up the lesson content. For example, just do questions 1-10, then repeat them until you feel confident about the answers...then continue to questions 11-20 and do the same thing. In no time, you'll find yourself mastering the material and feeling confident for your exams. Best of luck! |
