My guess would be something with the copyright protection of material, but that is just a guess.

Yes, I removed it as it had turned mainly into a venue for illegally exchanging copyrighted materials and was starting to attract negative attention to this forum. The legitimate uses of that area can now be moved to the General Ed area, which is much more closely moderated.
