Excelsior 15 week classes? - noa - 02-09-2009 I'm in the process of changing my degree plan to Excelsior, and I would like to know how are they when it comes to completing assignments and exams? Will they let you work ahead? Also I have never completed CD-Rom courses if you have any information about those also that would be great. My concern is that I don't want some random "field exercise" that last two weeks to make me fail a class. I would love to take test out but I don't have the brain to do it for every subject Thank You! Excelsior 15 week classes? - B Smith - 06-23-2009 Most distance learning courses are self paced. As long as you finish within the alloted time you are ok. EC's courses are no different. I personally took quite a few EC courses and always worked myself ahead to be ready for business travel. Excelsior 15 week classes? - fiveninerzero - 06-26-2009 In my experience, the teachers are willing to work with you. I've submitted some assignments crazy late and as long as you have a good excuse, they don't care. Excelsior 15 week classes? - B Smith - 06-26-2009 I had to take a ton of classes to get my BS Elect Eng Tech from Excelsior. I used my local cc, TESC, and EC courses. The local cc instructors were willing to work with me but I was a special case (I could actually teach the class and had done so in the military). For TESC and EC every instructor was flexible. The schedule was a guideline to keep students on track. I always got several weeks ahead so that my business travel wouldn't mess up my class. No instructor gave me any trouble. |
