I am aware of the Penn Foster Course .. which is $115 total right now..
As well as the excelsior course .. which is almost $200.
I heard mention that there is an LSU course and an Indiana University Course but I didn't see a price nor could I locate them. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Indiana University Online and Distance Education School of Continuing Studies Online Courses
LSU Independent and Distance Learning
If anyone can locate a Business Strategy as well it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

LSU's course is on hold, but you can register if you can get the textbook. I'll guess you shouldn't have a problem finding it for sale online. The course is $90, but it requires two proctored exams.
University of Alaska at Fairbanks has a course, as well. Here's UAF's course:

This course costs $162 ($134 plus $28 in fees), but no proctored exams.
