Post-bacc credit transfers Non-matriculated - esummer - 09-21-2026 Old TESC Alumni. Interested in options on having post-bacc credits recognized (preferably by al mat) other than the ILA/Onetranscript/Registry. Would TESU take transfer credits as a visiting student if I took a TECEP? Would all those credits be on one transcript with my old completed ones from years ago, or would they be two separate ones? If I chose ILA, or any of the other credit registries, would those credits be "granted" or simply "logged"? I'm looking at TESU for the sake of having one consolidated source, but the cheapest option is what I will take if it meets my needs. Doing this for the prerequisites of a professional credential that wants those credits "granted" by an RA institution. Thanks for your help. RE: Post-bacc credit transfers Non-matriculated - ss20ts - 09-22-2026 Transfer credit always lists where it was completed. It's only RA credit if it was completed at an RA college. Putting a course on an RA transcript does not make it RA credit. RE: Post-bacc credit transfers Non-matriculated - Jonathan Whatley - 09-22-2026 Non-RA credit on an RA transcript should not be described as “granted by” an RA institution. Non-RA credit on an RA transcript might be considered accepted by, or recognized by, or something similar, that RA institution. So to be clear, the ILA/etc is simply a consolidated list? They are not assessed by the institution? I have never used such a service before, so I need clarification on which direction to go. Would the visiting student route work? |
