They talk about raising the floor by refining the tool, but it's not clear if engagement was consistent to begin with. Maybe the best use of Guided Learning will be to allow students to make progress at their own pace, perhaps to the point of encouraging more self-paced higher education?

I have used Google’s Notebook LM for learning “boring” material. When I have had to read something that was just soo incredibly boring that it makes me fall asleep, I upload it to Notebook LM. It can create a video, podcast, quiz, etc to make it more engaging. It has helped me tremendously. Not only does reading tend to put me to sleep, My vision is poor, (which might be a factor in why it puts me to sleep). I can also ask questions about the material I have uploaded to make sure I understand.
