Signum Magnum College not in Germany's Anabin database? - EliEverIsAHero - 04-04-2026
This institution gets discussed a lot here; it is accredited in Malta but I can't help notice that there is no "H+" indicator on the Anabin database. Does that mean anything in particular for the valid use of this institution's degrees in Germany? (or, for that matter, in Europe writ large outside of Malta?)

They only list Maltese universities in Anabin db, not the institutes of higher education.
I was keeping an eye on this, for Woolf and UoPeople. For UoPeople, I have seen recognition papers after they got regional accreditation. I have never seen a recognition paper for any of the Maltese institutes, only questions.
On German distance education discussion board https://www.fernstudium-infos.de/ in latest discussions they say the recognition status is unclear and that nobody knows anything for sure, that matches my current feeling about it. No proof so far.

I sent them an email once. They never replied. They are no longer in my database.
