BA Liberal Arts .. TESC or EC?? - reshab912 - 09-06-2008

Hello Folks,

I need your advice in choosing TESC or EC for my BA in liberal arts.

which program do you think is more liberal and easy to do?

which program will be cheaper? assuming 30 fema credits that i have to pay for if i go to EC.

and any other info you would like to give.

Thanks

Reshab

For liberal arts, I believe it's TESC by a hair. Two main reasons:
1. 27 Fema credits
2. CLEP and DSST credits (as opposed to EC or TECEP) can be used to meet the liberal arts concentration requirement.

I would say for Upper Level credits go with TESC but TESC doesnot accept more than 25 Fema credits and not all the Fema credits are accepted.

The fact that anything over level 199 is upper credit makes TESC easier to test out of. If you are an NJ resident it helps lower the cost.
