How long does it usually take to get the official exam scores back from the College Board on the Clep tests?

If you mean the official score report, I have never gotten one in the mail for any computer-based CLEP's. If you took an exam with an essay, that score can take several weeks to receive.
You would have to order a transcript ($20!!!) to have your scores on an official form. Of course, that would be for your use only; a school would want an unopened transcript sent directly to them.
If you specified a school to receive your scores, they should have them in less than a week. Just how quickly will depend on how fast CLEP processes your exam score and how efficient your school is at receiving them.
