Real Estate License Exam - sgloer - 06-15-2006 One of our members pointed to the possibility of InstantCert developing materials for this exam. It caught my interest because this is an exam I might be interested in taking myself! Anyone out there take this exam, and able to give any insight into what the exam is like? Would our study approach be suited to it? Real Estate License Exam - cbrchris - 06-15-2006 Yes I think your study format would work for preperation of this exam. In most states there are two parts of the exam. A general portion that every state would have then a state specific portion. Most states I believe require you to take a course then once passing the course with so many hours you would become eligible to take the exams. It has been awhile since I had taken the exam but I don't think the material would change to frequently for the general knowledge portion. Real Estate License Exam - sgloer - 06-15-2006 Ok.... so it looks like you have to take a "prescribed prelicense course" in most states before you can take the real estate exam.
