Has anyone used this course from LSU to fulfill the COSC public speaking requirement?
CMST 2063 - Argumentation and Debate
I ask because it's $250 tuition for 3 credits (plus one book), and has only a midterm and final to be proctored. The other assignments are either written or cassette tape submissions.
It would be great if it worked. I haven't been assigned an advisor yet so I haven't been able to ask.

Never mind. They told me there is a prerequisite for this course, which is another public speaking class they don't offer via independent study.
