The first 30 questions are multiple choice (1 point each), and this part needs to be filled out on a fill-in-the-dot sheet. Then comes 5 short answer questions (5 points each). Last are the three essay questions (15 points each). They give quite a bit of room ( 2 pages) to write each of the essay questions. I don't know how much they wanted me to write, but they gave plenty of room.
I had to know about:

* Issues Management
* Levels of involvement for board members
* The 4 parts of social responsibility
* Ethical issues involved with bribes
* Interaction between government and business.

There were quite a few questions on the different aspects of the advertising production. I had no questions dealing with or calculating ratings. There were quite a few questions comparing the different mediums of advertising and what classifications they fall under. There were also a couple questions on management issues that I recognized from Organizational Behavior.

That's the book that used, along with the REA guide to Marketing. I read through the Advertising book once and then looked at the test breakdown and read through the most relavent sections again. A little review of the glossary and quick read through of the advertising section in the REA book was all the studying I did.
