You got this! Currently working through PSY 370 (for the second time actually!) and it's not too bad!

Basically, in short... Pace yourself, don't rush yourself into completing quickly, you've got the Pell Grant for the next session if you need to...

Thank you!! Glad to hear 370 isn't too bad for you! That'll probably be my next class. Why is it your second time?

You're absolutely right. I'm more interested in learning than rushing. I just need to make sure I put in the time each week since I like to take my time on the courses... I'm struggling with that, and with getting into the focus zone for assignments.

Week 1 I only did the orientation, the Leadership exam on Study, and the material for module 1 of Animal Behavior. One of my best friends got married and I went to several Halloween get-togethers, so I was feeling guilty for spending more time with friends than studying, but I’ll make up for it. Week 2 I also spent a lot of time finding sources, setting up my final papers for both classes, and refamiliarizing myself with APA and citations. So hopefully I’m in the swing of things now. I'm also trying to improve focus during my study time and find the right dose of my meds since they were changed recently.

Also, I’m starting to think that Study actually takes longer than UMPI classes. Plus the repetitive questions in the quizzes get boring, and the structure is so monotonous. Since I’m already more than halfway through Research Methods and will easily pass the exam, I’ll probably subscribe one more time for that class plus one more. But for the other 3 classes I can take at either Study or UMPI, I might just take them at UMPI if it should take around the same time or less, plus they’d actually count towards my GPA.

There are definitely courses on Study that take longer than UMPI. UMPI doesn't have 100+ quizzes like some Study courses.
