correct email address to submit transcripts to Pierpont plus a few other questions - any4yeardegree - 10-03-2024
Hello,
My daughter applied to Pierpont today - in the nick of time. She received an email saying to submit transcripts to this email address:
processing@pierpont.edu
When I applied, we sent our transcripts to Nancy Parks at the ESprocessing@pierpont.edu. Do we no longer ESprocessing@pierpont.edu or do we need to submit transcripts to both:
processing@pierpont.edu and ESprocessing@pierpont.edu (from the Pierpont wiki page)?
According to this thread: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-Pierpont-timelines-for-10-4 it appears Nancy Parks is no longer the contact person for the BOG. Is someone else monitoring ESprocessing@pierpont.edu
Additionally, my daughter should be finishing her CIS-194 at ASU this weekend, we hope. Do we need to notify someone at Pierpont or just send the transcript as soon as it's available?
Last, do we need to pay the $350 fee by Oct 4 or have the application submitted - which she's done.

Nancy Parks is no longer part of hte program. She was promoted so I would use the new email address.

You should ask the school tomorrow by phone if she can submit that transcript after the deadline for October 04

Just make sure to apply, pay for the graduation tomorrow (Oct 4), and send in all transcripts afterwards, she most likely isn't complete with the requirements, make sure they all come in before the end of Oct or first week of Nov...

I received the email below this morning from the Office of Registrar concerning the two items needed to apply to the BOG AAS today (the 10/4/2024 deadline).
In an effort to not overload the registrar and BOG team, I've attach the Application for Graduation. It to signed and registrar along with your Application to Pierpont.
From the Office of Registrar at Pierpont:
For the Oct 4th deadline you need your general application to Pierpont and your graduation application filled out. If you do not have your graduation application filled out, here is a blank app to complete and send back today. Your transcripts and all do not need to be articulated by the deadline.

Just to be on the safe side, if you can get the info in today, and pay for everything, you want to do that as well, if it's in the Pierpont portal or ROAR...
