Study.com 5 Exam Limit per Month Clarification - Jaymes - 09-13-2024

I did some lurking on posts from 2023 where some members reported that Study.com allows you to take 5 exams per billing cycle. However, after speaking with Study.com customer support, I was informed that you may only "take up 5 exams per month". However, they didn't emphasize if it is a calendar month, or a rolling monthly period based on when you took the first test of the five.

Does anyone have recent experience with this so I can get some clarity?

Is it:

5 exams per calendar month
5 exams per 30-day rolling period
5 exams per billing cycle

Billing cycle, 2 are included in your college saver subscription and you can up to three more at $70 per exam.

Yes, it's the billing cycle, you're authorized 5 exams within that cycle. In essence, here's an example of how I hit 7 way back when, I wonder if it would still work now... Pretend you subscribed Sept 11, you get 5 exams done by Oct 11 (and you do all 5 exams on the 4th week of your subscription). When your new subscription month starts, Oct 12, you'll have an option to do 5 more exams. So pretend you did 5 exams Oct 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. You can do another 5 max Oct 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and have 10 done within a 'month' timeframe. When I did my first 5, I had no errors, then when I did my 6th and 7th exam, it mentioned I've doing more than the allowed 5 per month, but it still let me do it as I'm on another subscription.
