Help - Math Credits for TESU - Frederico.Sandoval - 08-21-2024 Hi Everyone! Thanks to your recommendations, I've officially enrolled in TESU for a Math/CS double major! I've already knocked out all my general education credits and completed some Area of Study (AOS) courses, such as Calculus I, Statistics, and Intro to Programming through Sophia. Now, I need to tackle the remaining AOS math requirements, which include Calculus II, Calculus III, and Linear Algebra. After doing some research, I came across LSU’s self-paced courses (link: https://ce.lsu.edu/search/publicCourseAdvancedSearch.do?method=doPaginatedSearch&showInternal=false&courseSearch.courseDescriptionKeyword=&courseSearch.courseCategoryStringArray=1218662&courseSearch.programAreaStringArray=1016130&courseSearch.deliveryMethodString=&courseSearch.filterString=all&searchType=direct), and they seem like a solid option. Has anyone taken these courses? If so, how was your experience, and did you have success transferring the credits? Also, are there any other self-paced or online course options that you would recommend? Thank you all for your continued support—I really appreciate it! RE: Help - Math Credits for TESU - LevelUP - 08-21-2024 Did you already check the TESU Math Degree Plan? https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sample_TESU_BA_Mathematics_Degree_Plan RE: Help - Math Credits for TESU - Frederico.Sandoval - 08-21-2024 I came across LSU when looking into resources for Calculus III in the plan, haha! However, I wanted to find out if their courses also cover Linear Algebra and Calculus II. Additionally, I'm curious if anyone has any reviews or feedback on their courses to ensure they're of good quality. |
