Study.com—is this course NCCRS or ACE? - wow - 08-09-2024 Is there a simple way to see if a course on study.com is recommended by ACE or by NCCRS? I assumed it would be on the course information page, but don't see it there. Do you have to actually go to the Study.com page on NCCRS and ACE website to find out for each course? RE: Study.com—is this course NCCRS or ACE? - ss20ts - 08-09-2024 On Study if you open up a course and look on the right hand side it will show you if it's ACE or NCCRS approved. Most are ACE. There's only a handful that are NCCRS approved. RE: Study.com—is this course NCCRS or ACE? - LevelUP - 08-09-2024 You can check the AceNet page https://www.acenet.edu/National-Guide/Pages/Organization.aspx?oid=82099b28-9016-e811-810f-5065f38bf0e1 RE: Study.com—is this course NCCRS or ACE? - wow - 08-09-2024 (08-09-2024, 11:27 AM)ss20ts Wrote: On Study if you open up a course and look on the right hand side it will show you if it's ACE or NCCRS approved. But I thought there would be somewhere that said specifically whether the credit was recommended by NCCRS *or* if it was recommended by ACE. I'm still not seeing that specific information. But maybe it's an issue with my browser? (08-09-2024, 12:29 PM)LevelUP Wrote: You can check the AceNet pageThanks. Looks like I might have to do that. Really wish they would just have it on their course pages though. Click View This Course. Scroll down and on the right hand side it says ACE or NCCRS. It's on like every class. Or just about every class. So if I'm irritating you, please just put me on ignore for a while. I'd rather not drag your day down. What's on the screen shouldn't change with a different browser. The ACE and NCCRS info is shown on every course unless you're looking at courses that aren't ACE or NCCRS. It's in the same box on the right hand side that says how many credits the course is worth which is below the box that states how many hours of videos, lessons, and quizzes are in the course. You're not irritating me. Not sure where this is coming from. What browser are you using? On a phone or tablet? I'm not sure what SS20ts is referring to, but you can find recommendations under the Syllabus tab for each course. Click on 'Syllabus,' then scroll down to the 'How it works' section to see if the course has ACE, NCCR, or both recommendations. 1. Search Properly Study.com Course Search
ACE Net

I was using my laptop and Chrome as my browser above. I just looked on my iPhone on Safari and when you open a course and scroll down all of this information is on the screen. So I'm not sure what you're viewing with and why you wouldn't see this info. Maybe you haven't scrolled down far enough or missed it? My nephew and I were looking mostly at science courses, but then today I was browsing some other courses and noticed in their upper-level philosophy class (worth 6 credits!) that it specifically states ACE. So I wonder if it's been put on most of the pages but we just happened to be looking on ones that didn't have it. In any case we were able to confirm the ones he's most interested in are ACE.(08-09-2024, 07:38 PM)ss20ts Wrote: What's on the screen shouldn't change with a different browser.
