Pennsylvanians Now Pay TESU In-State Undergrad Tuition - Jonathan Whatley - 07-23-2024 Pennsylvania residents excluding nursing students will now pay TESU in-state (New Jersey) undergraduate tuition, beginning with August 2024 registrations. If they can just extend this to the rest of the US at least, they can have a 'domestic' tuition and 'international' tuition instead of an in-state vs out-of-state... Would benefit most of the people on this board! The best option still is the flat-rate-tuition though, if they can do the same as they did for the residency waiver fee, one fee for all, that would be best...
