How is grading done at umpi? - Sarajane - 05-10-2024 I just started classes and wanted more info on what the grading is like. I saw an old post where someone said add up all your grades and divide them to get the percentage and a min of 80 is needed to pass. I'm not sure if that old or new information since the milestones aren't graded. So if I get 3 on the final is that a passing grade for the actual class? They require an 80 yet the rubric grading is 3,4 proficient, exemplary, developing etc so I'm a little confused. I think the 3 is a B, and the 4 is an A, thus the B is already 80 or higher... BTW, by looking at the Sophia.org and your Study.com transfer credits, that doesn't seem like you've max your transfer credit yet, do you have community college or other classes you've transferred into the UMPI degree of choice? If not, try to finish off what you can at UMPI and pause your next session, complete the max transfer before resuming... Otherwise you're paying $1500/session when you can be paying $99/month or $299/4 months at Sophia.org to get the rest of your transfer credits... |
