Sometimes there are issues on their end or have a back log of some sort or another, the only way to get past this traffic jam is to email or create a support ticket.

Anytime you have to wait more than a week for proctor results or paper/project grades, just shoot a quick message to support and most likely they'll get to you pretty quick unless there's some sort of issue.
