I am clearly considering the UMPI degree, I was thinking about getting the BAS in information systems, project management and accounting minors. But does anyone know if I could possibly get BBA in accounting and the BBA in project management and information systems? My concern is that a minor in information systems wont get me into the GT program or get me into entry level jobs.

Another question is, I have 5 days left in my Sophia membership, what other classes should I take? I am currently waiting on my touchstone to be graded for Business Law, any other recommendations? Thanks!

You can't get a BABA with Accounting Concentration and a BABA with PM & IS Concentration as there aren't enough courses that are different. You can complete the BABA with 2 Concentrations though. Both BABAs are just that - a BABA. Neither the minor or concentration will actually prepare you to work in MIS.

Thank you for clarifying, that makes a lot of sense.

@vmarsa03, Welcome to the board, great intro with addendum and template, you're 22 years my junior, wow, I'm almost double your age! Really, you're so young, you should continue doing the recommended balanced mix/match trifecta of certs, degree, experience. Since you have the energy, money, time to complete things, and have no graded credits yet, I would go the Pierpont BOG AAS Info Systems, ladder that up to the UMPI BAS with a minor of your choice, add 3-4 courses that will go towards the UMPI MAOL. For now, stop the TEEX or put it on pause, complete any of the Sophia.org classes that do not have any touchstones, then resume TEEX after Sophia.org is done...

Hi Bj! Big fan of your work (the wiki and your many comments and threads) I am definitely maximizing certs, before I started the degree process I was drilling the Comptia cert set. I did put TEEX on pause while I did my month of Sophia. Do you have any specific recommendations for specific Sophia classes? I think I am already at the 90 credit transfer and I have my GE's done, so I am waffling a little bit for what to do in my last week of Sophia courses
