Proficiency Profile and S mode - Sunshine7612 - 03-13-2024
Has anyone encountered any problems with taking the proficiency profile? All of our computers are HP and have that S mode and are not allowing the browser required for the test to download. I really wish not getting out of S mode, because once you're out you cannot get back in. Has anyone else come accross this problem? What have you done about it? TESU is saying there aren't any alternatives to this test.

You need to be able to install the software. In order to do that, you need to turn off S mode. If you don't want to do that on your main computer(s), your best option would be to get a cheap computer from somewhere and use that for TESU.
