Double Degree How To - kowenboy - 02-28-2024 As an update, I currently am at 71 credits with 15 planned through TESU this upcoming march. After completing the 15 credits, Ill have my first AS degree in Computer Science! (not much but still) Thank you for the help! Now, it has been a minute since I last posted... Im still going for the full BA in Comp Sci. It was suggested I should go for the double degree. Is it still worth getting the Business Admin degree paired with the BA in Comp Sci through TESU? And how many credits in addition to the BA in CS do I need to take to get the double degree? Also, what should I tell my advisor when it comes to the dual degree? Like what do I tell them to get the dual degree? I believe the business degree is called the BS CIS now right? Attached is a list of my current credits too if that helps for my specific situation in determining what other classes Ill need to take for the Business Degree. Is there multiple BS Business degrees I could do? From the credits that you would have from the BS-CS, you could also easily add the Associates in Business Administration. If you are pursuing the Bachelors, you would need to do the Liberal Arts capstone for the BA-CS, as well as the Business Capstone for the BS-CS - as of now, it looks like you have settled on the 15-credit term for the flat rate tuition, so wanted to mentioned that. You could also do the BA-CS along with a different BSBA that has not been converted to a BS, although that is likely more classes. Here is a link for some of those degree plans like Finance, Entrepreneurship and Marketing: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:TESU RE: Double Degree How To - bjcheung77 - 02-28-2024 Furthermore, your best bet is to do a few things, 1) focus on the first degree until you have all the transferred credits, 2) work on each provider at a time, do not subscribe to multiple providers at once thinking it would go faster that way, it'll be a waste of money and time on each subscription. 3) take the TESU residency credits last, you want to take what can't be transferred in.
