I have yet to give my own opinion on this matter personally.
As far as who might be mad, the articles claim business owners or real estate investors in New York or anyone that believes in fairness under the law.

Trump is charged with multiple counts of purposely misrepresenting his wealth for favorable financial outcomes. Mar a Lago is included in this as well as other properties and assets.
And good for him for making $4 billion, but if he doesnt pay the debt incurred from the legal orders then they can take his properties.

The governor said that if you engage in a decades long, systematic program to defraud the state and intentionally underreport your assets so as to reduce tax liability, that there will be consequences. If you DON’T do that, you will be fine.
