FREE doctorate in Economy & Government (in Spanish, in Spain) - Kalas - 01-26-2024
I came across this on emagister, a free doctorate program from Universidad Internacional Menéndez y Pelayo (UIMP). From what it says on the website it sounds like you have to be in Madrid to take advantage of it. I requested more information and will ask if it can be done online when they reply. UIMP is a state/public run University, very reputable. Especially when you take into account from the promotional materials palace de la Magdalena they like to use, thoe the campus is in a different building, more in the city center.
The program you listed seems to be a scholarship/tuition from a foundation which has it's own selection process.
