ENEB won't let me graduate and refusing to answer all emails and calls - slayer35 - 01-11-2024
Hey guys,
I heard about ENEB through the forums and used the ambassador code to sign up. I signed up for the MBA program. Everything went smoothly, and I received passing grades for all 13 modules. I then paid for the black friday digital diploma deal with the expectation that everything would be processed smoothly. I then found out that only 3 out of the 13 grades were entered into the Moodle grade-book. When questioning academy@eneb.com about the issue, they just told me there is a "system bug" preventing people from seeing their grades. I then emailed diplomas@eneb.com to see if they would clear me for graduation. Well, this bug seems to be the reason they are not clearing be to graduate and now no one is responding to my emails or calls. They have become as silent as a wall, and it is really starting to bother me - why in the world will they not let me graduate? Just a warning to those who are considering that it is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone and just because you pass all the courses doesn't mean they will actually let you graduate. Does anyone have any connections to the ENEB administration? I hope I am not out of luck here, or it has been $500 and 4 months down the drain.

@slayer35, Welcome to the board, you've provided a great overview of your situation, that's a very good introduction post with some good info and we now know what the issue is. It's actually really simple, it's the timing! Having said that, you should give us an even greater overview of details - What ambassador code did you use? When did you purchase and complete the classes? When did you email or call them last? You don't need connections, you need to be providing the most critical details, without it, we can't gauge the proper time frame for you...

I used ashkir's ambassador code. Purchased and started classes on 10/24/2023. I received 13 emails, each one with a passing grade for every module, the last one was 12/12/2023. I have been emailing/calling almost every day, the last response from them is 12/28/2023 saying there was a "system bug" (that's what they've told me 3 times already!!) with no response after that. The issue I am seeing is that even after I had passed all the assignments, the diploma department claimed I wasn't cleared for graduation, and I don't see any of the grades that I received from the emails being uploaded onto campus.eneb.com (moodle). So it just seems like everything is "stuck" currently.
Anyone else having an issue or is it just me?

Patience really is a virtue, remember they implemented the 'exam' option for classes? There's a huge backlog of everything, I wrote a post recently, I purchased a double degree option on their last sale, my 'exam' option was slated for April (6 months after purchased), I had to email them to ask why the delay and was told earliest I can take it is now changed to February.
There has been an explosive growth in enrollment but they're still stuck with the same number of graders or staff, there's not enough 'hands on deck' to complete everything as they're short-staffed. You should expect a delay, you can't get anything until those classes are graded and 'un-stuck' from their system...
Basically... Expect an earliest response in 4 weeks, I am not kidding and I know it's not funny, you should be able to graduate in February or March, if not later, this is also for those who have the 'exam' option, it's like at least 2-3 months after their exam is completed, not the 2-3 weeks you have waited for.

I received an email the other day where the Diplomas department told me I'll receive me diplomas in February as I submitted/confirmed the data in December. Let's see..

Be prepared for delay. I completed my Masters and then completed their "Form for the issuance of the digital diplomas" about 80 days ago. Even though they said they issue your documents within 60 calendar days, I have received nothing. However, my grades are showing within the system, so there has been progress. It does seem like they have some big backlogs in their operations at the moment.

Yep, there seems to be a huuge backlog. I hope for the best and prepare for the worst.
That said, they even issued me the "resguardo" document where it is stated that the processing of diplomas begins and they also confirmed data has been confirmed in December and diplomas will be issued in February.
Regardless, only time will tell.

Yeah, exactly, as I mentioned earlier, it's going to be at least Mid Feb/March, it's basically a waiting game... Be productive, get some other stuff done while waiting, like the cheapies/freebies certs available on the Degree Forum WIKI... Get the trifecta of certs, degree, experience done since you didn't do the addendum and template, we don't know what you have in your portfolio.

First and foremost, it’s 60 working days from completion. You also lost 2 weeks I’m guessing during the holidays. Definitely take a few chill pills on this and it will work out.

ENEB specifically say "60 calendar days" in their emails to people who have completed the degrees. It's now been more than 80 calendar days for me, and probably for many others too. They're not keeping to the timescales they promised and, quite frankly, those promised timescales are ridiculously long already. It shouldn't take two whole months to send out a PDF document.
