The security breach occurred due to exploiting a vulnerability in one of the database used in Emagister and it involved the execution of unauthorized code from our servers. This incident affected your personal data such as your name, surname, gender, email address, date of birth, phone number, address or postal code. The incident could impact you by potentially causing a loss of control over your personal data, unauthorized re-identification, or a breach of confidentiality of affected data. However, we have determined that the severity of the exposed consequences is low. We take your privacy very seriously, and we have taken all measures to address the incident and minimize the potential damages it may cause you. In accordance with the principle of transparency, we have reported the security breach to the Spanish Data Protection Agency and have drafted an internal report detailing the breach management process.
