Unfortunately for me, being in the Military, stationed in a remote overseas location, I can only take CLEP exams every few months. The next time I will be able to test will be in a few months, and I would like to attempt to take 2 tests. My question is this: Should I try to take macroeconomics and microeconomics at the same time, or would this be too confusing at test time? I haven't even begun to look at the material to see how it differs, so any input from others that have already taken both would be greatly appreciated.

Take them together. I took them both this week and found a lot of material on them to be interrelated/overlapping. With as much prep time as you have I bet you'll get an 80 on both of them! Smile

Awesome, thanks for the input. I was hoping that everyone would tell me that. It will definitely make things much faster for me.Smile By the way, when you took your tests, were there any portions of the tests that threw you for a loop?

Yes. Monopolistic competition was hard for me on the micro test. On both tests I had trouble understanding the graphs, other than the simple PPF curve. And on both tests there was a small amount of economic math involved that I didn't know how to do, so I filled in A for all of those questions. If I'd have studied longer I don't think I'd have had difficulty with any of those questions, but I still passed them both! Cool
