What are examples of arts and science electives such as upper level, applied profesional, & upper level electives. That I can take on Sophia like examples of actual classes.

For Excelsior, there are certain number of UL you need, depending on the degree, you have X upper level requirements that are Arts/Sciences and X number in Applied Professional.  Your best bet right now is to take more Arts/Sciences that interest you.  Here's the webpage for general education requirements for Excelsior: https://www.excelsior.edu/policy/general-education-curriculum-requirements/

Merged the two threads, you should take some time to review the link above... It'll show you what arts/sciences are available and under each category as well, sometimes it's better to bump up a thread by creating a secondary question/post instead of creating a second thread of the same question.
