Hi, I'm planning to do TESU BA in computer Sciences and have decided to enroll in Sophia first and take all their courses that satisfy TESU's requierements, this would be the courses:
English Composition I
English Composition II
College Algebra
Introduction to Sociology
Introduction to Ethics
U.S. Government
Visual Communications
Ancient Greek Philosophers
US History II
Environmental Science
Introduction to Human Biology
Computer Science 109: Introduction to Programming (Java)
Calculus I
Introduction to Information Technology
Intro to Statistics
Accounting
Macroeconomics
Microecomnics
Business Law
Principles of Management
Principles of Finance
Business Communication
Introduction to Python
Total 69 credits, 23 classes
Anyone as any experience in finishing such heavy workload in only a month? what is the most you have done in Sophia in a month?

This timeline is not going to be possible. Many of these courses have required touchstone assignments, which take several days to be graded.
If you have a good setup, efficient methods, and some prior knowledge, there are some Sophia courses which can be completed in less than a day. However, many of these courses aren't so quick.

For Study.com, the most I did was 7 lower level courses in a month, even when they implemented the 5/month max, as I overlapped the dates for the billing cycle... For StraighterLine, I did 100+ total credits in 3 months, that's when I first started my journey way back when... Sophia.org is much easier than StraighterLine or Study.com, if you took all the courses with a mix/match of courses that have no touchstones and with touchstones, you can go faster if you have absolutely no commitments, not working, no social life, etc... It really depends if you can multi-task as well. I would say it's a 50/50, depending on various personal variables, these factors come into play and we don't know how you do things or your study habits, etc.

Considering dedicating 30 hours a week and plus maybe skimming content while commuting in the bus(1 hour a day), do you think it is any viable, or how much would be possible.
Any tips or approaches?

jch pretty much explained it: a good setup, efficient methods... I have two, downstairs I use a 17" laptop as a desktop replacement with a 24" monitor, I split screen that monitor and so I use it as 3 screens, it's awesome having more screen real estate to multi-task. Upstairs, I have a smaller laptop and a 19" monitor, I don't screen split that, so two is sufficient for me to multi-task with... I use the laptop for Sophia.org quizzes, milestone, etc, and the second monitor to have the pdf, links, videos, etc open so I can review it when needed.
jch also mentioned, some prior knowledge: I've taken so many courses from multiple providers, in fact, some courses overlap as I like to know the content and love learning, some of my courses actually duplicate the credit, I don't mind, I like learning everything and retain/review content to make sure I fill knowledge gaps. By taking courses that overlap in content, you can get things done faster... on the bus, I would use that time to see what the assignments are going to be (mentally prepare), or watch the videos if any.

no its not possible
you CANNOT do it
and you will end up learning nothing
seriously, you want to major in CS, but you want to do java and python and calculus and stats in one month ?
you aren't going to learn anything
it may be possible to rush through a criminal justice degree or a psychology degree, but if you don't have a background in CS and math then you can't do the same with CS
you won't learn anything and your degree won't be worth the paper your diploma is printed on

Hmm... Basically, I wouldn't rush too much even though you're 23, you have plenty of energy, time but limited on the budget to spend on this academic journey... You should focus on the cheapie/freebies that will net you some academic credit and then move onto the Sophia.org classes, this way, you can get some certs and experience under your belt...
Again, I would follow through with the degree plans LevelUP and Rachel83AZ have setup on the WIKI, complete as many Coursera/TADA offerings you can, TEEX, CSM Learn, and then do the Sophia.org for one or two months... Sometimes rushing things and preplanning for a month may work, you need to have that second month as a buffer and for learning or knowledge gaps...

English Comp I & English Comp II will probably take at least 2 months by themselves. More realistically, at least 3 months. I would recommend paying for the 4-month subscription (same price as 3 months). This should give you sufficient time to complete the courses that have multiple Touchstones at Sophia.
To go as fast as possible through Sophia, you'll want to have one course with multiple Touchstones (example: English Comp I) and one course with 2 or fewer Touchstones (example: Business Law or Calculus) open at once. So, for instance, while waiting for English Comp Touchstones to be graded, you'll work your way through Calculus. Once the Touchstone has been returned, switch back to English Comp and submit the next Touchstone. Then return to Calculus while waiting for the next grade.

Once Sophia added all of the written papers/projects, it became next to impossible to get a TON of credits done in a single month. You can get a lot, but certainly not 69cr. You might want to do Comp I & II via the CLEP exam, TECEP exams, Study.com, Davar Academy, or Coopersmith instead. That will definitely free up some time for other Sophia courses.
Also, Computer Science 109: Introduction to Programming (Java) is a Study.com course, not Sophia. They have Java Programming, but Sophia doesn't list by course number like this.
You are missing Oral Communication, and some CompSci and NatSci/CompSci/Math electives; I would do the following:
Sophia
remove Comp I & II
Intro to IT
Intro to Relational Databases
Precalc
SDC
COM 120: Presentation Skills in the Workplace
Computer Science 307: Software Engineering
remaining courses needed for the major
You also need to plan out how you're going to get your RA credits. So plan Sophia and SDC, and then plan out your TESU courses (including TECEP's, 15cr term if that's your plan), and any other RA courses you need (30cr of RA, but 3cr is the cornerstone if you choose to take it here instead of edX, 3cr is the capstone).

Maybe yes, that's a little bit too much of a stretch...
