Is the FEMA credits free to take? I have seen that a few of you guys have been said that you have FEMA credits. How does TESC or EC count these credits?

FEMA credits are free to take. TESC counts FEMA credit as Free Electives. I think EC does too, but I'm not sure.

Does that count toward your major?

About FEMA credits - HawkGuy - 07-02-2008

No, it won't count towards your major. Just free electives. But that's good enough to save you time and money studying for more CLEPs haha

TESC will take up to 40 test exam credits and 80 credits from a two year college, and up to I think 27 fema credits in the raw, So no.

DEGREE COMPLETE! Plus+ 2300 dollars for graduation.

Wow!! I didn't know that TESC only accepts 40 credits from examination. Just curious as to were you found this info. I have TESC's catalog and the only thing that it states is that you can transfer up to 80 credits from a two year college. It doesn't mention the 40 credit limit for examinations.

No, you can test out of a whole degree at TESC.

Thank you for clarifying this for me. That's what I thought. That scared me a little bit since I just enrolled with TESC.
