A short little ranking from least to most expensive... I wonder if there are some hidden gems that haven't been found yet in regards to 'cheap education' at both undergrad and grad studies...

They don't say what the parameters are. Is this for in-state tuition only? Does it include 2 years at a CC and then 2 years at a state school? Does it include any automatic scholarships that students get (for instance in my state of SC, if you graduated from a SC high school and are going in-state, you can get part of your college paid for with several programs like the Hope scholarship if you had a decent GPA). Lots of states have free/cheap CC, and lots have scholarships based on GPA or SAT/ACT scores.
